To place an order, you can either select from any of the cakes listed in the website or provide us your budget, and we will 'bake' something up for you.

* Sender's contact number
* Recipient's name
* Recipient's address
* Recipient's contact number
* Date of cake delivery
* Baby's gender (if it's to be a specific blue or pink theme!)
* Message
* Special request (if you want a particular theme, product, etc).
